| Mr. R.K. Bhargava is a post graduate from Delhi University. He is a retired I.A.S. officer and has held various high level positions with Government of India and State Governments including Chief Secretary, U.P. Government, Home Secretary, Government of India and Information & Broadcasting Secretary, Government of India. He has been on the boards of well-known companies and brings with him rich experience in the fields of Administration and Management. He is also the Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committee and member of Shareholders/ Investors Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. |

| Mr. B. L. Chadha |
| Mr. B. L. Chadha is a postgraduate in economics and a retired Banker. He retired as Chief General Manager of State Bank of India, New Delhi. He is a Member Indian Council of Arbitration. During his tenure, he has held the post of Chairman & Managing Director of Syndicate Bank besides holding senior positions with various nationalized banks. He has also held the position of Banking Ombudsman-I appointed by the Reserve Bank of India. He brings with him rich experience in the fields of Banking and Finance. Mr. Chadha is also member of the Audit, Shareholders/ investors Grievance and Remuneration Committees of the Board of Directors of the company. |

| Mr. R.C. Sharma |
| Mr. R.C. Sharma is Postgraduate in Economics from Punjab University. He has held highly sensitive positions with Central bureau of Investigation (CBI), the premiere Investigation Agency in India, and Haryana State Police. Besides, he had also been Joint Secretary in Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. He brings with him multi faceted experience in administration in Government, Business and Industry in addition to his expertise in security and investigation methodologies. Mr. Sharma is also member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. |

| Mr. Suri, is an Engineer by profession. He headed the operations of a Swedish Multinational before his association with the HB Group. He brings with him decades of long experience in Corporate Administration. Mr. Suri is also member of the Audit Committee & Chairman of Shareholders Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors. |

He brings with him more than 2 decades of expertise in the fields of finance, taxation, investments banking corporate restructuring and strategic planning.
